2012.. Is this really the end of all things? Is this the generation were' everything changes? what about the earlier predictions that failed? Is 2012 the truth? Is 2012 the end? Last year I was really fond of researching for this type of topics, on how the world will end and I found this movie that is still in the making on that time. 2012. It was really interesting because the preview trailer itself exemplifies how will the world end..Its a gigantic flood flowing over the Mt. Everest and from there, you'll be scared and think.what if that happens in reality..
Its the highest mountain around the world yet it was reached by this enormous flood flowing vastly.. Its something you would probably imagine right now. We are dead gone if that happens. Since I saw that clip, I never stop researching for more informations and updates about this movie. I was patiently waiting until this month came. I was so excited to watch not just a movie but to witness destruction that has an absolute possibility of becoming a reality. After all, you have nothing to lose in watching this kind of movie but you probably will gain awareness.
As we are about to get tickets, we were surprised on the crowded lounge as everyone wants to grab a ticket. There are 3 cinemas for 2012 but 2 of those were already sold out. We were forced to get the vip tickets. I guess people are really interested on how will the world end.
The destructions in the movie were purely based from natural catastrophies like earthquake, volcanic eruptions and the gigantic tsunamis. It was a chain reaction. The government only foresee these calamities but it was never aired in national televisions so people would be aware. Once it happened, it was the only time they broadcast what was really happening and people didn't have the chance to prepare for it.
Awareness saves lives but ignorance excuses no one. This movie sends a message to all. The world is not getting better and if we don't act right, preparations is our only option.
